Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities, through secure virtual platforms.

• Collaborate with each client to establish specific therapeutic goals and provide continuous support throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting interventions as needed.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques that align with clients' preferences, enabling customized and effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possession of a Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster rapport and effectively connect with clients through a virtual medium.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and resilience while engaging with clients facing complex and sensitive mental health challenges.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to effectively navigate remote therapy sessions and documentation duties.
