Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and co-create individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, couples, or group therapy sessions to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.

• Educate clients on coping strategies and resources to maintain their mental health and navigate difficulties.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care, when needed, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with state regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, such as enhancing skills in specialized psychotherapy modalities, to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current Washington State licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
