Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, guiding clients towards improved mental health outcomes.

As a licensed therapist with Gulf Bend Mental Healthcare, you will work with a diverse range of clients who are pre-screened, stable, and have low acuity needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent state-issued license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct professional evaluations and recommend tailored treatment plans for clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong empathic capacity to connect with clients and understand their unique situations.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in an outpatient mental health setting, particularly utilizing teletherapy modalities.
