Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to establish and monitor individual treatment goals tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions focused on prevention and recovery, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies.

• Regularly review and update treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their goals reflect evolving needs.

• Coordinate with a variety of community mental health resources, treatment providers, and agencies to enhance client care.

• Ensure precise and timely documentation of sessions, maintaining accurate progress notes and treatment records as required by state and federal guidelines.

• Participate actively in weekly staff meetings, contributing ideas to enhance our clinical practices and team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, many of whom seek therapy to navigate significant life transitions or crises. You will be instrumental in supporting them in building resilience, coping strategies, and achieving their mental health goals through telehealth services.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license in Oregon as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
