Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to guide clients toward resolving their challenges and achieving their goals.

• Provide ongoing support, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation to clients and families as needed.

• Document therapy sessions accurately and promptly within electronic health records (EHRs), adhering to regulatory and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, medical doctors, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and continuity of treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
