Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish clients' mental health status, goals, and treatment needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly revise personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their mental health objectives are met with evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients utilizing a solution-focused approach, adapting techniques to meet various psychological and emotional needs.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms to deliver high-quality virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support as necessary, including crisis intervention services tailored to the immediate concerns of the client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of adult clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. The emphasis of your role will involve establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship and maintaining an empathetic and compassionate approach throughout the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a caseload efficiently.

• No history of disciplinary actions with licensing boards.
