Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and building meaningful therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients to assess stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans—ensuring that they remain client-centered and responsive to each individual's needs.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with organizational protocols.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs effectively.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, providing evidence-based interventions and strategies tailored to each client.

• Participate in individual supervision and ongoing training to enhance clinical skills and remain current with best practices.

• Engage in collaborative interdisciplinary meetings with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on youth mental health, allowing you the chance to work with adolescents and young adults in a supportive and empowering manner. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Ability to fulfill the requirements for internal credentialing in relevant clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of one year of documented experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Previous experience providing assessments, diagnoses, and both individual and group therapy is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
