Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to deliver effective treatment.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions, working with families and couples to foster communication and healing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to enhance your knowledge of the latest mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will consist of individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada is essential.

• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is needed.

• A deep understanding of therapeutic practices and legal/ethical standards specific to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, influenced by your experience and caseload capacity.
