Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, facilitating individualized treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy for diverse client groups.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring each approach to meet the unique needs of your clients.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation and adhering to strict ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for all patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of adults, adolescents, couples, and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We focus on serving under-resourced populations, ensuring that all clients, regardless of their background, have access to necessary mental health services and support.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical frameworks that govern the practice of counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
