Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, utilizing structured diagnostic methods and clinical interviews.

• Provide therapy across various modalities including individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, adapting your approach as clinically necessary.

• Implement ongoing evaluations of patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as required and conducting follow-ups to ensure effective care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment outcomes, following program guidelines and regulatory standards.

• Maintain adherence to ethical practices, agency policies, and legal regulations governing counseling practices.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical or medical setting.

• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
