Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload, building trust and rapport with clients while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, ensure stability, and discuss discharge plans when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and continually assess individualized treatment plans, ensuring they remain person-centered and responsive to client needs.

• Document session notes and client progress diligently to maintain accurate and timely records.
\n
• Coordinate and perform thorough intake assessments to determine suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions on a weekly basis to facilitate ongoing client development.

• Participate in one-on-one supervision to aid personal and professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic support and care for your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) certification without restrictions is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
