Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at beYOUtiful Counseling Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients with a focus on establishing and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular, scheduled sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss goals, and gently navigate potential discharge planning when appropriate.

• Crafting, implementing, and reviewing individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and emotional states.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment evaluation.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to collect comprehensive background information and identify presenting concerns.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapeutic sessions weekly, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to each client's requirements.

• Participating in ongoing supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, managing referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with youth clients experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• Ability to satisfy internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n
