Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, providing individualized, therapeutic support that adheres to professional ethics and best practices.

• Establish rapport and foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel safe and supported in their therapeutic journey.

• Regularly assess client progress and stability during scheduled appointments, adjusting treatment goals and plans as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s unique experiences and needs.

• Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate and timely progress notes and treatment documentation to support continuity of care.

• Conduct intake assessments, formulating initial impressions, diagnoses, and treatment recommendations.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
