Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status and identify treatment needs, ensuring all evaluations reflect patients' unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, employing inclusive and culturally responsive techniques to promote engagement and healing.

• Monitor clients’ progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes and providing crisis intervention when necessary.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to offer referrals and additional support, enhancing our clients' overall care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and may face challenges related to mental health disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in Illinois is mandatory.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations.
\n
• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, as well as a strong understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient information efficiently and accurately.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and the ability to stay calm and collected in high-pressure or challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
