Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' symptoms, needs, and treatment goals.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Engage in individual and group therapy sessions, delivering support and therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops to inform patients about mental health issues, coping strategies, and the importance of treatment adherence.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring that all patients receive comprehensive support that addresses both mental health and any associated medical needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during times of mental health emergencies, employing your training and experience to stabilize patients effectively.

• Maintain complete and accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and ethical practice standards.

• Experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish rapport and interact sensitively with patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
