Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your role will involve:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a current and unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses; a clean professional record free of disciplinary actions is mandatory.

• Strong proficiency with technology and digital communication tools.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome all qualified candidates, preference will be given to those with prior experience in teletherapy, solution-focused therapy, or working with low-acuity populations. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and workload. Additional benefits include:
