Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver mental health services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining accessibility to our diverse patient population. You will collaborate with a team of mental health professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to patient care. Our typical working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique situations.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to effectively support individuals, couples, and families in their therapeutic journey.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and treatment team members to provide comprehensive, integrated care that addresses all facets of patient health.

• Respond to and manage crisis situations by providing immediate interventions and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their conditions, informing them about treatment options and local resources available for ongoing support.

• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards by maintaining accurate and confidential patient documentation.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to stay informed on best practices and advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in Illinois as an LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent credential is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and licensure level.
