Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Illinois.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong familiarity with electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, to track client information and treatment progress efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

• In-depth knowledge of essential mental health practices and interventions, as well as ongoing education in the latest therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n
