Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates within a hybrid remote framework, allowing for flexibility in work location while ensuring accessibility for our patients. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, some scheduling flexibility may be necessary based on patient requirements. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive outpatient setting, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify individual patient needs and craft customized treatment plans aimed at fostering their personal growth and recovery.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, fostering community support and patient connection.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with psychiatrists, other counselors, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and stabilization during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources to minimize barriers to care.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in Illinois is necessary to practice in this role.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulate reliable treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
