Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD).

• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions; solid ethical standing necessary.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills alongside a sympathetic and client-centered disposition.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with online communication tools.

• Access to a computer with a webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions.

• Reliable internet connection for seamless telehealth interactions with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
