Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Set progressive therapeutic goals with clients and systematically monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma recovery. Your contributions play an essential role in helping clients achieve their wellness goals and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills to handle a dynamic caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

We value prior experience in individual and group therapy settings, particularly in a behavioral health or clinical environment. Familiarity with remote therapy platforms is advantageous to facilitate seamless virtual care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload.
