Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude while working with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in an outpatient setting and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded.
