Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, ensuring a deep understanding of their unique backgrounds, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement effective individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client, utilizing proven modalities in therapy such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.

• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic techniques based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, consistently monitoring and adjusting treatment plans to maximize their personal growth and healing.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interactions or face mobility and accessibility issues, maintaining a high standard of care for all.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment progress to uphold ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and seminars, to continuously expand your clinical skills and keep abreast of emerging trends in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals dealing with a range of mental health challenges. This may include clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Illinois as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
