Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as an LCPC, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will lead dynamic group therapy sessions, fostering connection and sharing among clients while encouraging personal insights and growth.

• Individual Counseling: You will provide tailored one-on-one therapy sessions, helping clients articulate their feelings and thoughts, explore underlying issues, and develop effective coping strategies that empower them.

• Treatment Planning: Collaboration is key. You will work alongside clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and reflect their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
