Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs and conducting comprehensive evaluations to ascertain their mental health status.

• Providing evidence-supported therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering a supportive environment for your clients.

• Employing various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to enhance client engagement and therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications.
