Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and create tailored therapeutic strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and upholding the integrity of client records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you serve will come from diverse backgrounds, experiencing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will involve building rapport with individuals and families, guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of mental health counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a generous bonus structure.
