This position is primarily remote, allowing you to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your home while also offering the flexibility for in-person client sessions if desired. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific needs and goals.

• Deliver therapeutic services utilizing various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques, to empower clients in their healing journey.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups, encouraging open dialogue and community support among participants.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including progress notes and treatment evaluations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical professionals, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and improved client outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training, attending workshops and seminars to stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context is required.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental health care.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a generous bonus structure.
