Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Create a therapeutic alliance that encourages client participation and commitment to treatment goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include social workers, psychologists, and psychiatric professionals, to formulate cohesive care plans for each client.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
