Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work remotely, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring a strong work-life balance. Although you will primarily engage with clients through telehealth services, you will also have the option to conduct in-person sessions at our outpatient office in Bowie, MD. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine therapeutic needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Facilitate group, family, and couples therapy sessions aimed at fostering communication, understanding, and healing.
\n
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and strategies to ensure holistic client care and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to ethical standards and complies with local regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in workshops and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new findings in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele with varying backgrounds, mental health challenges, and goals. Our patient population includes individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• At least two years of counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic services.

• A strong grasp of legal and ethical standards in clinical practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses. We also provide a generous sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
