Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop customized therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a tailored approach to each session.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain current in mental health research and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC at Relajarse Therapeutic Services, you will work with a diverse patient population facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
