Key Responsibilities\n

• Design and implement tailored therapeutic strategies based on individual client evaluations and needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans that address the complex needs of our clients.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain current with the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCPC, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, each seeking assistance for a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a generous bonus structure, flexible schedules, and the opportunity for unlimited earnings through your clinical work.
