This is a full-time role offering a flexible work schedule where you'll have the option of working with clients via telehealth from your home or from our Montgomery Village office, if preferred. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client through comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other techniques to effectively support individuals, families, and groups.

• Document and maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, while also facilitating communication within multidisciplinary teams regarding client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. The ideal candidate should be adept at building rapport and effectively communicating with clients from varying backgrounds, ensuring that individuals feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000, which reflects the level of experience and expertise you bring to the team.
