As a remote employee, you will operate within a community health clinic model, providing flexibility and autonomy in managing your work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and collaboratively identify appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are aimed at trauma recovery and building resilience among clients.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to provide effective treatment.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, assisting patients in processing their trauma, developing essential coping strategies, and fostering healing and personal growth.
\n
• Work closely with psychiatrists and multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated care plan for each patient.
\n
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating effective management under pressure.
\n
• Educate patients and their families regarding trauma responses, appropriate coping mechanisms, and available community resources for ongoing support.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards, ensuring accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.

• Engage proactively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development related to trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continuously enhance your service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCPC in the state of Maryland.

• A proactive and self-motivated attitude to complete client documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to attractive compensation, benefits include:
