Work Environment\n

As a licensed counselor at Unto Life Behavioral Health, you will have the advantage of working remotely, allowing for flexibility while still being a crucial part of our outpatient team. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. You will participate in regular clinical staff meetings and training sessions designed to foster both personal and professional development in alignment with our core values.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to establish mental health diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs.

• Document client progress meticulously by maintaining up-to-date diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and ongoing case notes in accordance with company protocols.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring they feel heard and valued throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active Maryland clinical licensure (LCPC) is essential for this role.
