Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized therapeutic strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients who may face barriers to mental health care, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
