Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and ongoing assessments of patients to address their unique mental health needs.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, direct care staff, families, and other stakeholders regarding treatment progress and strategies.
\n
• Develop and present a tentative appointment schedule to supervisors, ensuring thorough documentation of home visits and observational work.
\n
• Coordinate and conduct home visits to fulfill assessment requirements, including chart reviews and interviews with family members and guardians.
\n
• Ensure that treatment plans and program interventions are executed properly and evaluate their effectiveness based on individual patient outcomes.
\n
• Participate actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing insights and collaborative strategies to optimize care delivery.
\n
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes, tracking client improvement and areas for further development.
\n
• Organize and lead training sessions to enhance staff competencies in implementing program plans and maintaining documentation standards.
\n
• Provide ongoing support through follow-up sessions, home visits, and continued assessments of individual needs.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records, ensuring that relevant information is accessible to authorized individuals.
\n
• Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, building networks that support clients' developmental and recovery goals.

• Contribute to the design and refinement of training materials aimed at improving programs and services.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Wellbeing Counseling Center, you will have the rewarding opportunity to support diverse patient populations, including both adults and youth. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards pertaining to mental health practices.

Preferred Experience\n
