Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities that best fit the client’s needs.

• Maintain clear and confidential documentation of client progress, using the organization's electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss case updates, share insights, and enhance best practices within the organization.

• Provide support and guidance to clients’ families, helping to engage them in the therapeutic process and strengthen their support systems.

• Contribute to ongoing evaluation and refinement of therapy practices to enhance client experiences and improve outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals dealing with a wide array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Currently active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD in the state of Tennessee.

• Robust computer proficiency, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health record systems.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and empathetically in both written and verbal formats.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical counseling experience.

• Demonstrated experience in telehealth settings and proficiency with virtual therapy platforms.

• Experience working with a diverse client base and knowledge of culturally responsive practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a 401(k) retirement plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and generous paid time off to ensure your well-being.
