Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during patient intake sessions to identify specific mental health concerns, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based counseling methodologies tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.

• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current best practices in mental health counseling, ensuring patients receive the most effective and relevant support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
