Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions to help clients improve their mental health with the goal of achieving personal growth.

• Facilitate discussions to explore clients’ emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering deeper self-understanding and insight.

• Act as an advocate for clients, collaborating with them to identify individual goals for their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize your clinical knowledge to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop effective, solution-oriented treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in our all-in-one counseling dashboard, ensuring compliance and effective case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of carefully screened adults who present with low-acuity mental health concerns, making this role more manageable and rewarding. We ensure that all clients are stable, thus preventing the high-stress scenarios that may occur in traditional mental health settings. Furthermore, we strive to match you with clients that align with your specializations and demographics, resulting in a more meaningful connection and therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted licensure in good standing to practice independently within the state of Arizona as a:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our online counseling platform and manage client communications.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards in practice and ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require a minimum of two years of supervised experience, candidates with background knowledge or special training in areas such as childhood trauma, anxiety disorders, or substance abuse may be given preference. Demonstrable success in delivering client-centered therapeutic practices is also highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 per year, dependent on hours worked and caseload management. Additional benefits for full-time counselors include:
