Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, and develop individualized therapy plans that reflect specific therapeutic goals.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic services including individual therapy, couple's counseling, and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse populations.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches as appropriate for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all client records are securely managed.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate exemplary client care and support, sharing insights and progress at team meetings.
