Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment strategies for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various formats, including group, family, and individual therapy sessions.

• Utilize a diverse array of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address various mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including training and workshops, to refine skills and stay updated on the latest research in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
