Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized treatment plans for each client, utilizing comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand their specific needs.

• Utilize various therapeutic frameworks including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting your approach to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including those dealing with short-term difficulties such as stress, anxiety, and workplace conflicts, as well as individuals facing more chronic mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with the ability to meet all requirements for internal credentialing within relevant clinical settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
