Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive working relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, assess stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge planning when required.

• Maintain meticulous documentation, including up-to-date progress notes and treatment records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model ensures guaranteed rates, allowing you to receive payments ahead of collections with no waiting period for reimbursement.
