Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans centered on each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each patient, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client’s mental health status and needs thoroughly.

• Provide individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are drawn from the local Stamford community and the surrounding areas. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will play a vital role in guiding these individuals towards improved mental health and wellness by offering tailored therapeutic services that address their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
