Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to create trusting therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including progress notes and assessments, in compliance with relevant regulations.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to gather critical information regarding clients’ mental health needs and establish initial treatment goals.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives the focused attention they require weekly.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate care and share insights on client treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Three Rivers, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a myriad of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification without restrictions.

• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting, demonstrating practical application of counseling techniques.

• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation, including experience with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Comfort and competency in completing comprehensive intake assessments to establish treatment needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure is based on a Fee-for-Service model, with guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, shortening the wait for reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
