Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with other professionals in a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded client care, addressing all aspects of mental health.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes that comply with applicable laws and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest mental health research and best practices.
\n
• Facilitate referrals to community resources and support services as necessary.
\n
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss case management and treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and workplace challenges. Our clients often seek help for short-term difficulties related to work-life balance, relationship issues, and emotional distress. Your role will be pivotal in providing guidance and support, helping clients navigate their unique circumstances and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Must hold a current New Jersey licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrated ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in accordance with state and clinic policies.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with psychiatric challenges and/or substance abuse issues.

• Proficient in assessment, diagnosis, and delivering individual and group therapy effectively.
\n
• Comfortable using technology and computerized systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling methodologies is preferred.

• Familiarity with community outreach and resource referral processes.

• Background in specialized therapeutic techniques or working with specific populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
