Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of clients, utilizing structured interview techniques and standardized assessment tools.

• Design and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual clients, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while supporting their road to recovery.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated client care and create comprehensive treatment plans.

• Document client progress and adapt treatment modalities based on continuous feedback and evolving clinical needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client population facing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
