This role is set in a remote outpatient office environment, providing flexibility and convenience while ensuring access to essential client services. The remote setting empowers you to connect with clients across various locations while ensuring work-life balance. While our standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, some evening and weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate client needs, reflecting our commitment to ensuring effective care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify and understand each client's unique mental health needs and create appropriate intervention strategies.

• Design and implement evidence-driven treatment plans, tracking progress and adapting strategies based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic frameworks to foster client engagement and healing.

• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s wellness are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, providing clarity and accountability in client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
