Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPC, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities essential to fostering recovery among our clients:

• Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that encourage open dialogue among clients, providing a safe space for sharing experiences and learning from peers.

• Individual Therapy: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, employing a personalized and empathetic approach to help clients explore their emotions and develop tailored coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. We offer a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) that provides intensive support, combining evidence-based practices with holistic approaches to enhance the well-being of our clients. You will play a critical role in helping them overcome barriers and fostering a sense of hope and fulfillment.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid LPC license in the state of Texas.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Master's Degree preferred).

• Strong understanding of mental health issues affecting young adults, with a compassionate approach toward treatment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building rapport with clients and families.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are considered advantageous:

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting, particularly within mental health treatment for adolescents and young adults.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and tools, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
