Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, addressing concerns for improvement and setting achievable therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual counseling to clients suffering from a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, stress management, and other psychological challenges.

• Lead couples and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate relationship complexities and improve communication strategies.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, including measurable objectives and interventions.

• Offer crisis intervention services, assisting clients who may be experiencing urgent mental health crises and connecting them to appropriate resources.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and healthy coping mechanisms to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records by documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to established ethical guidelines and legal regulations in counseling practice, consistently prioritizing client confidentiality and informed consent.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating wait times for reimbursement.
